Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, building customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing brand awareness. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging marketing content.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Analyze marketing data and generate reports on campaign performance.

Customer Engagement & Market Analysis

  • Gather customer feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance product positioning and brand awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Marketing.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and copywriting.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online sales strategies.
  • Strong networking and public speaking skills.
