Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, building customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing brand awareness. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging marketing content.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Analyze marketing data and generate reports on campaign performance.
Customer Engagement & Market Analysis
- Gather customer feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends.
- Suggest improvements to enhance product positioning and brand awareness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Marketing.
- Familiarity with content marketing and copywriting.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and online sales strategies.
- Strong networking and public speaking skills.
